Borgo Conventi will host 4 body awareness meetings with Pilates, Yoga, FlexAbility, JKA Sensory Active Movement and Qi Gong exercises with Francesca Tuzzi.
In addition to the activities, the experience includes an aperitif prepared in collaboration with Alessia Beltrame.
In each lesson we will work on the various body districts through some classic wellness sequences:

Ba Duan Jin: 8 pieces of brocade – Qi Gong

StretJing: Stretching sequences to achieve greater flexibility, while increasing energy

Fantastic 10: Pilates
The following are required: comfortable clothing, in layers, socks (or barefoot), mat, beach towel/blanket, any pillows, water, insect repellent.
