In the first-floor room, guests are guided in a tasting of Tenuta Borgo Conventi wines. Full-bodied reds and fragrant whites that showcase the characteristics of the Isonzo and Collio production areas and are made in the winery opposite the villa.
The red wines rest and age in French and Slavonian oak barrels in our cellar, an exciting and scenic place to visit. Steeped in silence, you’ll understand that it takes time, patience and dedication to make excellent wines.
It’s a little part of paradise, where you can sample and buy our wines, get advice about pairings and choose the perfect bottle for any occasion.
The tour includes a visit to the cellar, the barrel room and a guided tasting of 3 typical wines of the area.
